ASMITA is launching a transformative youth empowerment program in the slums of Varanasi, aimed at providing holistic support to 800-900 adolescents across 10 communities. The program will focus on building knowledge of rights, entitlements, and community development, while also offering vocational training to help young people gain skills and start earning. Over the next 3-5 years, we aim to develop a strong cadre of 80-100 young leaders who will lead change within their communities.
