Empowering Lives: Assistance Camp for the Differently-Abled

On 17 January, ASMITA held a special assistance camp for differently-abled persons, bringing hope and support to many. The camp took place at the organisation’s premises, with participants joining from Jaiprakash Nagar, Bajardiha and Chowkaghat.

Essential mobility aids were distributed during the camp — three wheelchairs, two walkers and two crutches — aimed at enhancing the independence and confidence of the beneficiaries and helping them lead more comfortable lives.

By providing such vital support, ASMITA offered not just mobility aids but a renewed sense of dignity and empowerment — an inspiring example of kindness and inclusivity.
