ASMITA has been at the forefront at the time of natural calamities in Varanasi city. Be it flood, drought, or Covid-19, we reach out to people with basic needs such as food, water, clothes, and medicines.

The second wave was too severe on us, literally took the lives of millions. It spread horror in the months of April and May. ASMITA focused on reaching out to people with food kits, reaching out to covid infected with cooked food, distributing medicines for the symptomatic, distribution of masks, counseling children who lost their parents, linking children with government schemes, or shelter, conducting door-to-door campaigns on vaccination, organizing vaccination camps, taking people for vaccination, etc. In this endeavor Crypto relief, Bread Noida, Manos Unidas, Healing Hands, and many generous individuals came forward to help the needy.
