ASMITA is a charitable organization and any payment/contribution made to the organization is treated as donation and our policy on the refund and cancellation of the donations received for the social cause on the payment gateway through the website as following;
Donations received through the online payment gateway by ASMITA by principle will not be refunded or cancelled.
The donations received by ASMITA will be used for the sole objective of the organization such as supporting women, children, and the poor.
If any in-kind support received by ASMITA will be provided to the poor and needy as required.
Once a donation is received for a cause, will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation of the donation will be accepted. The donation will be used for the community development, children’s education or women’s empowerment, and other such objective mentioned in our Trust Deed.
In-the case of a donor makes the payment irrelevant to his intentional amount, the donor may write to asmitaindia1098@gmail.com . The request will be reviewed and considered if found relevant.
